Dharamshala is a beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh, it was our friends wedding anniversary, and he wanted to go out of station to celebrate with friends, it was April end, so we planned to go to hills, as it was hot in Delhi at that time, we traveled to Pathankot by train and then by road to Dharamshala, we were in group of 10, so it was great fun.
we stayed there in a hotel in Naddi, a village near Dharamshala, we stayed there for two nights and three days, hotel was nice, cozy, weather was good, evenings were cold, it was a wonderful experience sitting with friends, and gossiping around the bonfire and enjoying food and drinks.
in two-three days we covered Mcleodganj a small town in Dharamshala district, major attractions of Mcleodganj are Dalai Lama temple, an old church, tasty food, specially momos and bakery things, shopping is another fun at Mcleodganj market
then we covered Baijnath, famous for its Lord Shiva temple, Baijnath is a beautiful place, and the temple was amazing, while coming back we were in Palampur, famous for its tea garden.
