INGREDIENTS:
- Kari Meen- 2 no.s medium
- Ginger paste- 1 tsp
- Garlic paste- 1 tsp
- black pepper power- 1 tsp
- red chilly powder- 1 tsp
- salt – as per taste
- curry leaves
- coconut oil
- Fish Masala- optional- 2 tsp
Step one:
mix ginger – garlic paste, with black pepper pwdr, red chilly pwdr, salt and fish masala
Step two:
marinate fish with the above spice mix
Step three:
keep it in the refrigerator for an hour
Step four:
heat coconut oil in the pan put a string of curry leaves, it gives flavor to the fish
Step five:
pan fry fish in the coconut oil, cover it for 30 seconds to cook, pan fry both the sides
serve with salad as as a snack or as a side dish with rice meal.
Tip: – you can cook others fish also with this recipe
– for better taste, marinate fish at least for 4-5 hours
